Conditioners for Hair Loss
General Recipe:

Water (65-80%): As the primary solvent in the formula.

Cationic Surfactants (3-7%): Such as Behentrimonium Methosulfate, Cetrimonium Chloride, or Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine. They provide detangling and conditioning properties.

Emollients (2-8%): Oils or silicones like Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone to smooth the hair cuticle and provide shine.

Fatty Alcohols (1-5%): Like Cetearyl Alcohol or Stearyl Alcohol which act as emulsion stabilizers and also contribute to the feel of the conditioner.

Hair Loss Active (1-3%): Such as Minoxidil, Biotin, Saw Palmetto, or Caffeine to promote hair growth. Please note that the use of certain active ingredients may be regulated and can make your product a drug under certain jurisdictions.
