Difference with General Recipe:
-
Emollients: Squalane and rosehip oil are selected for their ability to moisturize the skin and their antioxidant properties, both of which are beneficial for anti-aging and hyperpigmentation.
-
Active Ingredients: The active ingredients are selected to target both aging and hyperpigmentation. Retinol and AHAs promote cell turnover, which can reduce signs of aging and lighten hyperpigmentation. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that also lightens hyperpigmentation. Niacinamide can improve skin elasticity and also has lightening properties.
-
Base: Rose water is used as it is soothing and provides anti-aging benefits due to its antioxidant properties.
-
Preservative: The same gentle preservatives are used to prevent product spoilage without causing skin irritation.
